Valtare is a constructed language I am allways evolving for the world of Thordesca.
A Common language used thoughout the Kingdom of Man but also appears in large open markets like Altenheim.
The language Valtare aka "Lordspeak" Was created by the people of Arranzale who's decendants once spoke modern English; traces of this Ancestry can be noticed within the dialect's structure.
The number system Valtare uses is a duodecimal system, meaning there are 12 unique number symbols instead of 10, much like how binary uses only two, 1 and zero with "10" representing a value of two.
Thordesca is a continent on a fantasy world that I plan to write stories about throughout my life.
The first city-state I'm currently fleshing out is called Arranzale - Notably, I'm also inadvertantly writing more interesting things about the naboring cities as well, since the culture of society is often shaped by our interactions with unfamilliar people.
